
About the Role
The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for cultivating, stewarding, and managing relationships with donors to ensure long-term engagement and financial support for the organization.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement donor engagement strategies.
Maintain relationships with existing donors while identifying new prospects.
Organize donor appreciation events and execute recognition programs.
Communicate impact reports and fundraising initiatives.
Manage donor databases and track contributions.
Collaborate and communicate with the Development Director and Director of Finance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrates a strong commitment to transparency and integrity in all aspects of work.
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as part of a high-performing team.
Proactive, eager to learn, and takes initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable adapting to new technology and software tools.

EXPECTATIONS
Commit necessary time per month completing to manage responsibilities and accomplish tasks.
Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates and insights on scholarship operations.
Regularly report to the Scholarship Director and Director of Finance, ensuring transparency in fund allocation and compliance.
Organize and save documents in their respective locations in a timely manner to ensure accessibility and record-keeping.
